Kelly and Watson Consulting Terms of Service

  1. Best Effort
    Kelly and Watson Consulting agrees to use its best professional efforts to repair and maintain our client's system(s).

  2. Rates
    Kelly and Watson Consulting agree the specified hourly rate covers services during business hours, defined as M-F 8AM - 6PM PST.

  3. Data Preservation
    Kelly and Watson Consulting will use its best efforts to preserve and safeguard the integrity of Customer’s operating systems and applications and the integrity and confidentiality of Customer’s data, but makes no warranty, express or implied, with regard to such systems, applications or data.

  4. Limitation of Liablity
    Kelly and Watson Consulting shall have no liability for direct or consequential damages arising from inadvertent compromise or corruption of Customer’s applications or data.
